The new Khalsa School Feedback Form will simplify the distribution

and processing of questions, comments, ideas, needs and complaints.

We want everyone to be heard. We love feedback!

When you have an idea, suggestion, need or question:

1) Fill out a feedback form

2) Place it in the mounted, locked box in the office.

3) The submitted form will be processed dailyand discussed by administration.

4) You will soon be contacted about followup.

The form is to be used by all! – Teachers, parents, staff and students.
